This training plan will allow you to build a base for the upcoming summer/race season. The focus aims to work in all the important effort zone while building a foundation for performance. The plan always respect your time crunch agenda at 3 to 4 hours per week.
Sync Zwift with your TrainingPeaks accounts (within Zwift Companion) and you will be able to perform these workouts on Zwift.
Please execute a FTP test before starting this plan and you are good to go.
