4 Wochenplan mit hocheffizienten Rolleneinheiten

Der Trainingsplan garantiert Abwechslung und einen guten Trainingseffekt für Radfahrer, die nur wenig Zeit haben. Jede Woche stehen fünf 60-minütige Rolleneinheiten auf dem Programm. Davon je dreimal intensive Intervalle und zweimal Grundlagentraining.

Die Workouts können verschoben werden, aber durch die Kombination von Intervalleinheiten am Abend und einer Fettstoffwechseleinheit am folgenden Morgen macht das Training deutlich effektiver. Wenn möglich sollten die beiden Zweierblocks also nicht auseinandergerissen werden.
