¿Que encontraras en este plan?
· Una progresión del tiempo de entrenamiento, de 6h a 8h y un aumento gradual de la intensidad de entrenamiento.
· Con dos semanas de recuperación (Semana 3 y 6) y la última semana de TEST
· Las semanas serán de 4 salidas + 3 días de descanso con indicaciones nutricionales y de recuperación
· Entrenamiento utilizando potenciómetro
· Compatible con entrenamiento en rodillo con aplicaciones como Zwif, Bkool o Rouvy
· Protocolo inicial y final para conocer tus zonas de potencia
