Este plano de treino de 12 semanas foi desenvolvido para ciclistas que estão a iniciar a época desportiva e pretendem estabelecer uma base sólida de condição física para as competições e desafios que se seguirão. O objetivo principal deste ciclo é melhorar a resistência aeróbica, aumentar a capacidade cardiovascular e fortalecer os músculos fundamentais para o ciclismo, com ênfase na longevidade e consistência no treino.
Planificação inclui trabalho de reforço muscular e CORE. Necessidade de equipamento para medição de potência e/ou rolo de treino.
