Entrenamiento de ciclismo indoor diseñado para llegar a todos los ciclistas que desean desarrollar o mantener su rendimiento.
Simplemente en su estructura, la propuesta principal es ofrecer cada día un nuevo entrenamiento donde trabajemos todas las capacidades a lo largo de las semanas.
Con esto, tiene que hacer ejercicio todos los días y puede hacerlo en interiores o al aire libre. Y, si puede hacer más que el tiempo total del entrenamiento, puede agregar más minutos después de completar todos los objetivos de ese día.
Este plan es bueno para:
- el jinete que no tiene mucho tiempo para entrenar ...
- para ese jinete que no sabe los días de brujas puede viajar, entonces, todos los días tiene una nueva posibilidad
- para los entusiastas que necesitan un entrenamiento nuevo y diferente todos los días, todas las 12 semanas
