Treino de ciclismo indoor planeado para todos os ciclistas que desejam desenvolver ou manter a sua performance.
Com uma estrutura simples, a principal proposta é oferecer todos os dias um novo treino, onde trabalhamos todas as capacidades ao longo das semanas (Lan, VO2máx, Sprint, Endurance)
Com isso, todos os dias tem um novo treino para executar, e pode fazê-lo em ambientes internos ou externos. Se você puder fazer mais do que o tempo total do treino, poderá adicionar mais minutos após concluir todos os objetivos daquele dia.
Esse plano é bom para:
- o ciclista que não tem muito tempo para treinar
- para os entusiastas que precisam de um treino novo e diferente todos os dias, durante as 12 semanas
- para quem quer desenvolver todas as exigências fisiológicas de um ciclista
- para quem gosta de treinar indoor.
