Training plan description: This 6-week training plan is designed with proven training methods that will improve your threshold power, endurance, and your ability to recover faster from hard surges. The training plan is flexible and you can incorporate group rides into the plan and move days around.
The plan is designed for training with power. Weekly hours range between 8-10 hours/week with longer rides on weekends and shorter rides in the workweek that can be done indoors. The training plan syncs with Wahoo, Garmin, Zwift, and more. Simply hit start and you are guided through the training session from start to finish. This training plan is flexible where days can be switched around.
Designed by former professional and multiple national champion coach Simon Kessler of Simon Says Cycling, coach Simon has coached for 25+ years and has enjoyed an incredible track record as a coach which includes state and national champions on multiple continents in the road, track and mountain biking. Some of Simon’s clients have won world championship medals and gone on to wear the yellow jersey in the Tour de France.
