The Plan:
The following 8-week plan has been designed specifically for beginner riders. The plan focuses on winter/base training by building your endurnace and overall/general fitness.
Beginner Riders:
- 05:40 hours progressing to 08:41 hours (max week)
- 4-5 bike workouts per week.
- 1-2 home strength workouts per week.
- Short mid-week workouts to accommodate work.
- Plan uses power.
