Ever wanted to train like a pro cyclist? Well here is your chance, a whole month of workouts used and inspired by the pros! But don't worry, this is no back to back 7hr day endurance fest, the workouts have been tailored to meet the demands of us mortals who have limited training time. Gear Up Coaching has a huge library of training workouts over the years that we have been coaching and many have professional riders seal of approval. We've taken the best ones and built a 4 week plan from them. This plan contains structured power based workouts that are best done on the trainer but can be done outside.
This plan would slot nicely into a "build" phase of an annual plan - were we have already accumulated some base training load and are starting to come into form ahead of a specialty phase plan undertaken ahead of you key event.
