El plan está pensado para deportistas amateurs con cierto nivel que disponen de 5 días a la semana para entrenar en bicicleta.

Para que no tengas dudas de nada, aunque los entrenamientos se prescriben por potencia, también tienes una guía para el pulso y la percepción de esfuerzo en los entrenos claves.

Muchos de los entrenamientos vienen con notas sobre nutrición. También verás que desde la primera semana del plan, se incluye un plan de entrenamiento nutricional.
