This 8 Week plan is designed for athletes who are currently racing or doing fast group rides once a week. This plan focuses on maintaining fitness and sharpness by using interval work during the week, while still keeping you fresh enough to perform well at your weekend races or group rides. This is a mid-volume plan designed for athletes who can devote up to ten hours per week to training.
