Esta es una planificación elaborada específicamente para el Gran Fondo de Nueva York Costa Rica. tomando en cuenta su altimetría, húmedad, temperatura y demás condiciones propias del evento.
Esta destinado a un nivel intermedio a avanzado con la idea que el atleta que lo lleve acabo de manera disciplinada llegue en un nivel alto de rendimiento.
Para poder considerar que el plan funcione el atleta debe cumplir al menos el 90% de la planificación caso contrario el plan no ha de funcionar para lo que esta elaborado.
