Segundo mesociclo de 4 semanas diseñado para ciclistas de nivel inicial que buscan mejorar su resistencia y construir una base aeróbica sólida. Las sesiones están estructuradas y medidas por zonas de frecuencia cardíaca (FC), sin incluir trabajo de fuerza. Está pensado para ciclistas que entrenan 4 días a la semana, con duraciones entre 45 y 90 minutos por sesión. El plan prioriza el desarrollo aeróbico, con un enfoque progresivo que introduce intervalos de intensidad moderada en las últimas semanas.

Objetivos del plan:
