Entrenamiento Basado en potencia - 6 semanas de intervalos específicos para estar listo para las carreras o eventos a participar.


Ideal para iniciar entre 6 a 8 semanas antes del evento ciclista importante.
Volumen Intermedio (6-10 horas semanales)
3 entrenamientos indoor/outdoor entre semana y 2 salidas el fin de semana.

Este plan cuenta con entrenamientos SweetSpot, Tempo, Intervalos VO2max, Tabatas y salidas grupales.

El plan queda cargado en la cuenta de TrainingPeaks de cada atleta - Crear cuenta gratuita previamente
Y seleccionar el plan de entrenamiento e iniciarlo el siguiente lunes disponible.
