Présentation du programme "Intermédiaire"
Le programme "Intermédiaire" s'adresse aux jeunes compétiteurs cyclistes, toutes disciplines confondues, ou aux adultes ayant une pratique quotidienne des sports d'endurance.

Ce programme comprend 8 séances réparties dans la semaine dont 3 de préparation physique et 5 de home-trainer. Les séances de home-trainer sollicitent diverses qualités.
