Plan Description

Plan enfocado totalmente para la práctica en rodillo. Se divide en 5 semanas, con 5 dias de entreno por semana y dos de descanso. Las primeras trabajaremos la capacidad aeróbica y las siguientes alternaremos el trabajo piramidal con series más exigentes y recuperaciones cortas. Se trata de aprovechar al máximo posible el tiempo que estaremos en el rodillo, con una rutina amena y para nada aburrida, se tiene que estar predispuesto a sufrir.

Recordad que para el trabajo exigente encima el rodillo el atleta tiene que hidratarse regularmente y estar en un entorno ventilado, debemos evitar el sobrecalentamiento y la deshidratación para así obtener el máximo beneficio de la rutina.
