Welcome to our 4-w training plan designed for beginners to kickstart your season. This plan focuses on developing your speed skills and building endurance.

What you can expect from this plan:

- Improving speed: Our training sessions will help you increase your speed.
- Gradual increase in endurance: The progressive nature of the plan allows for a significant improvement in your endurance.

Over the course of four weeks, our clients will complete a total of 37.5 training hours, averaging just over 9 hours per week. The plan starts with 7.5 hours in the first week and gradually increases to 10.75 hours in the final week. This progressive approach will enable you to quickly enhance your cycling skills and endurance.
