Plan Description
This program is intended for cyclists who already have a basic condition and want to increase their speed during competitions.
6-week plan to boost your speed. After the 6 weeks you have to drive and rest for at least 1 week! Then you can build up your volume again until the competitions.
This program is therefore intended after a rest period and before an build period.
