Plan Description

- Road Cycling intermediate level preseason, focused on the development of strength

This plan is preferably indicated for people with an intermediate level of cycling who can only train outdoors on weekends, the rest of the sessions (2-3) per week are done indoor.

In addition to turbo trainer, and potentiometer, you will need gym bars and discs for specific strength cycling work.
