-Entrenamiento de ciclismo nivel intermedio previo a la temporada, centrado en el desarrollo del trabajo de fuerza.

Este plan está indicado preferiblemente para personas con un nivel intermedio de ciclismo que solo pueden entrenar en exterior en fines de semana, por lo que el resto de las sesiones (2-3) por semana se realizan en en indoor.

Además de rodillo (turbo trainer) y potenciometro, se recomienda el acceso a gimnasio o bien a barras y discos de gimnasio para el trabajo de fuerza específica de ciclismo.
