He has created training protocols and plans for national champions and absolute beginners. The 7 workouts in the plan can be performed every day if you want or spread over 2-3 weeks. They are cleverly designed to work on speed but will drive your VO2 max up. The time length will have you working hard but not building up huge fatigue so enjoy the burn.
