Organizzato con 5 giorni di allenamento e 2 giorni di riposo, permette una buona flessibilità nella gestione degli allenamenti settimanali senza sovraccaricare eccessivamente coloro che non sono abituati a giorni di allenamento consecutivi.

This training plan is suitable for athletes who do circuit cycling races and begin winter preparation for the following competitive season. Organized with 5 days of training and 2 days of rest, it allows good flexibility in the management of weekly workouts without excessively overloading those who are not used to consecutive training days.
