Plan Description

The cornerstone of a solid training plan is a great aerobic engine but the building blocks of a well formulated training plan is founded in Threshold Training. The Threshold Gains Training Plans are designed to challenge an athletes limits and improve their body’s ability to buffer exercise byproducts and ultimately push harder intensities at lower perceived exertions and increased physiological economy.
