The festive 500 plan.

No power meter or heart rate monitor needed.
Designed to be a couch to 500km plan over a two month period with a structured and progressive plan designed to nail your first festive 500 or take out the guess work for 2019.

The challenge is to ride 500km/310 mile over 8days from December 24th to 31st

An iconic classic and a rewarding way to end the year with a bang.

I am a lifetime athlete with 20+ years experience of training /racing at Road racing, Time trials and cyclocross disciplines. exposed to road racing at a national/international level with multiple Scottish champion titles at time trial and also broke Scottish record for 25 miles while holding a full time job.
