Plan para afrontar primeras competiciones de la temporada de carretera siempre des de un periodo de base hasta llegar a la realización para poder llegar en condiciones optimas. Los test de capacidad aeróbica nos servirán para la valoración el deportista y actualizar sus marcadores de intensidad: pulso/potenciómetro.

Esta pensado para entrenar dos días entre semana más los fines de semana, trabajando en el rodillo algún día de forma puntual
Inicio de semana el lunes.
