Science of Speed is excited to partner for a second year with Chapter VIII of the Police Unity Tour to help make the ride a more positive and fun filled experience.

This training plan is designed for the novice cyclists and will help build your endurance, introduce you to interval training to make the most of your busy schedule and along with this we will answer any questions you may have regarding training.

If you are a more experienced rider you will find this training plan in the initial stages to be lighter than what you are capable of. We can offer further assistance

With proper training you will be prepared for a successful ride to make riding into the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial even more memorable.

Science of Speed

I have been participating in endurance sports for more than 2 decades now. Including running, cycling, duathlon and triathlon. I love to compete and love the training side of things nearly as much as I do racing. Freedom to me is outside enjoying nature and testing my abilities.

I enjoy helping athletes reach their goals through the services that I provide which include training plan development, bike fit, lactate threshold testing and training camps.
