Plan de 5 semanas diseñado para llevarte listo al nivel competitivo 🚴♂️🔥
Incluye una semana inicial de integración, donde conocerás la metodología de trabajo y cómo aplicar correctamente cada sesión.
A partir de ahí, la metodología del plan es gradual y progresiva, tanto en el desarrollo de la base aeróbica como en el entrenamiento interválico, generando un incremento en el volumen de carga semana a semana 📈
Durante el plan se incluyen:
- Entrenamientos interválicos progresivos
- Sesiones de sprint
- Trabajo específico en ascenso
- Fondos con actividades específicas
- Entrenamiento de umbral de frecuencia cardíaca
- Sesiones de fuerza funcional y fortalecimiento más específico
- Trabajo en sala de pesas
La última semana está enfocada en descarga, disminuyendo la carga de entrenamiento para permitir una óptima recuperación y llegar en tu mejor forma a la competencia ⚡
📊 Zonas de entrenamiento:
El plan está estructurado para trabajar hasta Zona 7, equivalente a Zona 5C en el modelo de Joe Friel.
Si trabajas con modelo de 5 zonas, las cargas se adaptan a tu Zona 5
Si trabajas con el modelo extendido, ya está configurado hasta Zona 5C
Esto permite que el entrenamiento se adapte fácilmente al sistema que utilices 🔧
Este plan está diseñado para un nivel intermedio, con una progresión segura y efectiva.
