Plan de 9 semanas diseñado para llevarte listo al nivel competitivo 🚴‍♂️🔥

Incluye una semana inicial de integración, donde conocerás la metodología de trabajo y cómo sacar el máximo provecho del programa.

Durante el plan se desarrollan distintos tipos de entrenamiento enfocados en el rendimiento competitivo:

- Entrenamientos interválicos

- Sesiones de sprint

- Trabajo de escalada

- Entrenamientos específicos de preparación para carrera

Además, se integran sesiones de:

- Fuerza funcional

- Trabajo en sala de pesas

📅 En la semana 5 se incluye una videollamada de seguimiento, donde se evaluará tu progreso, sensaciones y adaptación al plan, permitiendo hacer ajustes si es necesario.

La última semana está enfocada en descarga, disminuyendo la carga de entrenamiento para permitir una óptima recuperación y llegar en tu mejor forma a la competencia ⚡

Este plan está diseñado para un nivel intermedio, con una estructura segura y progresiva que favorece el desarrollo óptimo del rendimiento.
