Basic 8kw MTB build + a 60min setup consultation with Coach Jeremy Norris. Ask all the questions you have to set your training plan up!

This basic MTB training block includes one 4wk base block and one 4wk build block. Use this 10 weeks before a race to build some foundational fitness before tuning up for your race!
