Plan Description

This Transition Phase plan is designed for adult amateur Enduro riders (18+) training 6–12 hours per week.

It focuses on full recovery from the prior season while resetting the aerobic base, mobility, and mindset. Training includes light Zone 2 trail rides or hikes, mobility circuits, and bodyweight strength to restore movement and address imbalances. Skills work is low-pressure and playful, emphasizing trail flow, braking feel, and re-engaging with the bike.

While not included within the scope of this program, nutrition guidance supports a return to whole foods and consistent hydration, while equipment checks include bike servicing and cockpit adjustments.

Recovery habits like sleep hygiene and yoga are reinforced. Mental training encourages reflection, journaling, and resetting motivation. Ideal for riders coming off a race block or long season who need to recharge before entering the Base Phase.
