This Build Phase plan is designed for adult amateur Enduro riders (18+) training 6–12 hours per week.
It emphasizes anaerobic capacity, strength-speed transition, and technical execution under fatigue. Riders will complete VO2max efforts, sprint intervals, complex lifts, and trail-based timed segments.
Skills focus on race starts, corner exits, and full-stage simulations.
While it is not integrated within Fundamentals Training Plans, our Comprehensive Plan also integrates fueling strategies, suspension and brake tuning, tire testing, and recovery tools such as mobility work and sleep tracking.
Mental training includes visualization, breath control, and pressure management.
This phase prepares riders for peak execution in the Competition Phase and is ideal for those targeting Enduro races or multi-day events, and who have already completed both a Transition and Base training block.
