Plan Description
This plan was designed to get you to the start of the 2026 KAP Sani2C with the most fun possible.
Sani2c is 13 weeks away and we will be fast-tracking your training a bit to make sure you get to the start line ready to enjoy this iconic event.
This training plan is build around a 7-10 hour week and will include one Strength and Conditioning (Gym) session/week. If you can do more gym feel free to do so.
You can replace the Wednesday activity with a run or a brisk walk if you want.
Weekend rides are always Zone 2 focused. Please do your best to do these rides at a very moderate intensity. If your breathing become strained you are going to hard.
