En este encontraras entrenamientos estructurados para que poco a poco vayas mejorando tu estado de forma con el objetico de llegar con pico de forma para The Pacific Race.

¿Cómo debes aplicarlo? Una vez lo compres, el plan te irá guiando paso a paso para que lo puedas colocar en tu calendario. La idea es que te lo pongas con fecha de finalización el sábado 02 de mayo del 2026.

¿Cuándo empieza el plan? El plan está diseñado para empezar 16 semanas antes de The Pacific Race, por lo que debes ponerlo con fecha de objetivo en sábado, ya que si no lo haces así se no va calzar correctamente el plan.
