Is this plan designed for me? ⤵️

➡️ 6 weeks of stretching and mobility training for MTB riders, with 3 sessions per week, in circuit format and no equipment or gym required 🏋️‍♂️.

➡️ Each session includes 10 to 15 specific exercises to improve flexibility, enhance range of motion, reduce injury risk, and optimize posture and efficiency on the bike 🚵‍♂️.

➡️ All exercises include demonstration videos 🎥, with safety instructions and key recommendations ✅.

➡️ Each week features a systematic progression of the exercises, promoting adaptation and improving mobility and stretching 📊.

➡️ You can track your progress and update it easily using the TrainingPeaks app 📲, with automatic synchronization.
