Plan Description
This Competition Phase plan is designed for youth downhill riders (ages 12–17) training 6–12 hours per week, with a focus on peak performance, race execution, and recovery management.
Training volume is reduced slightly to prioritize quality over quantity, with micro-intervals and short high-output sessions used to maintain anaerobic capacity and sharpness.
