This Competition Phase plan is for adult amateur Enduro riders (18+) training 6–12 hours per week.

It prepares athletes for peak performance through targeted tapering, anaerobic maintenance, and full-stage simulations. Riders will refine advanced skills like cornering, line choice, and in-stage decision-making, while dialing in nutrition strategies and equipment setups for race day.

Recovery should also be prioritized with sleep tracking, mobility, and deload weeks. Mental preparation also includes visualization, race rituals, and focus cues to stay composed under pressure.

Ideal for athletes targeting single or multi-day Enduro events who want to arrive confident, rested, and ready to perform.
