Plan Description
This plan is designed for adult amateur Enduro mountain bikers (ages 18+) training 6–12 hours per week.
It is ideal for riders who have completed a transition or off-season phase and are ready to build a strong aerobic base, develop foundational strength, and improve technical consistency on the bike - particularly under light fatigue.
Athletes should expect a structured progression with a focus on Z2 endurance rides, compound strength sessions, and technical drills including braking, cornering, and trail flow.
Nutrition support, recovery strategies, and mindset training are not ntegrated in this program - those seeking advice in these areas are encouraged to reach out to Blueprint directly.
Riders should have access to a modern trail bike, basic gym equipment or a bodyweight setup, and a GPS-enabled device for tracking.This is a great fit for motivated riders with basic training consistency, looking to elevate their fitness and trail skills in preparation for more intensive training blocks or upcoming races later in the season.
