Plan Description
We have been the coaching partner for the Sani2c MTB stage race for many years and we know the event very well.
This training plan is specifically structured based on the demands of this iconic event.
We have build this training plan around a 10-hour week with 5 training days per week, except when there are public holidays. During these weeks we have made use of the opportunity to build a bit more fitness 😉
Midweek workouts are designed for an indoor trainer with power. It is possible to do these workouts outside, but a power meter on your bike will be required.
The plan starts with a test to determine your threshold values to ensure you work in the correct training zones.
