Plan Description
- Power Based (W) Training Plan
- Focusing on an XCM Event of 4-5hrs, can be adapted for Gravel, Road or Multi-Day Event
- Polarised Training Model based on a 3:1 Training to Recovery Week plan
- Transition Phase objective is to develop sustained efforts around Threshold intensity
- Strength/Gym incorporated within plan
- Fuelling RECOMMENDATIONS (Based on average male 60-75kgs) (NOTE: this will largely depend on the individual)
- Training Program best applied 6-12 weeks before target event/race
