Plan Description

Vorbereitungsplan für eine Mountainbike Transalp in Zusammenarbeit mit JOKO Bike-Reisen, dort arbeite ich u.a. auch als Guide.

Du hast eine feste Struktur im Alltag und möchtest einen Trainingsplan für die komplette Vorbereitungszeit. Der Trainingsplan enthält Trainings zur Verbesserung der Ausdauer, Kraftausdauer, Körperstabilität und Beweglichkeit. Für den Trainingsplan wird die Anwendung eines Herzfrequenzgurtes empfohlen. Der Plan enthält unter anderem auch Hinweise wie mit versäumten Training umgegangen werden sollte. Der Trainingsplan richtet sich vor allem an Einsteiger Trainingszeit pro Woche geht von 2h - knapp 10h.

Im Plan wird es grundsätzlich immer drei sich im Volumen und / oder Intensität steigernde Wochen geben, gefolgt von einer entspannten Ruhewoche.
