If you have decent base fitness and can ride 4-5 days per week on mountain and gravel bikes then this is the plan for you.
This plan builds over 3 months to get you to the finish line strong, healthy and ready for your next challenge.
If you like long endurance rides, group sessions, strength and mobility workouts, then this is the plan for you.
