Plan de 17 semanas de duración + 1 de recuperacion posterior para preparar un Ultra maratón

Recomiendo tener experiencia en ultra, aunque sea distancia de 100km +- terminada. Y sobretodo no empezar de 0 con este plan, interesa ya estar algo rodado anteriormente.

El plan se plantea con tres semanas de carga y una de recuperación. Tiene entreno de fuerza con la bici, cadencia, ritmo, desnivel,... complementado con trabajo funcional, principalmente core para un esfuerzo de tanta duración.

Se trabajará por zonas de entrenamiento, en función del umbral de lactato como de FTP

La planificación tiene el objetivo de que llegues a la fecha señalada y puedas cumplir tu objetivo o simplemente quedar satisfecho de tu rendimiento y sin ningún percance lesivo. esta diseñado para completar un ultramaraton como Gegant de Pedra de 200km o PDF. Planificacion preparada para un reto con desnivel.

Con la compra del plan de entrenamiento también se aportan pautas/consejos Nutricionales para el entrenamiento, días antes de la competición y para el día del Ultra.
