Program Mini Maxi zajema vse najbolj nujno potrebne sestavine za izboljšanje naših sposobnosti na kolesu, povprečno pa trening obsega 6 ur tedensko. Intenzivnost treninga se postopoma povečuje, količina pa ostaja minimalna.
Program je primeren za kondicijsko bolj pripravljene kolesarje, ki pa si želijo še dodatnega napredka, predvsem na dvigu funkcionalega praga (FTP) ter bi radi z minimalno količino treninga prišli do čim boljših rezultatov.
