Plan Description
En "Lo Voltor" priman los esfuerzos aeróbicos extensivos, por lo tanto, nuestros objetivos irán encaminados a conseguir unas mejoras fisiológicas en esta dirección: aumento del volumen plasmático, aumento de la hemoglobina, un músculo cardíaco más grande y fuerte, mayor número de mitocondrias… en definitiva, un aumento del volumen máximo de oxígeno (V02max.) en nuestro organismo.
Además, en este plan de entrenamiento trabajaremos la fuerza tanto encima de la bici como en el gimnasio, un buen trabajo de fuerza es clave en esta disciplina, ya que nos permite realizar un pedaleo más potente y durante más tiempo, retrasando de esta manera la aparición de fatiga, además de prevenir lesiones y/o descompensaciones musculares.
De forma paralela e integrado en los entrenamientos trabajaremos aspectos igual de relevantes que la preparación física, tales como la hidratación, la nutrición, etc.
