Visão Geral:
Esse plano foi criado pelo Coach Marcos Hallack e oferece suporte via email.

Ao todo o plano tem 13 semanas e foi preparado, para permitir que você tenha uma aptidão saudável e competitiva em uma Ultra Maratona de Mountain Bike com até 12h de duração.

Para quem é esse plano?
O foco é o atleta amador intermediário, com experiência na modalidade e bom histórico de aptidão.

Os treinos são prescritos por watts durante a semana, para treino indoor no rolo e FC nos finais de semana para rodar com a MTB.

A percepção subjetiva do esforço (P.S.E.) também poderá e deverá ser utilizada, todos recebem um guia detalhado com explicação do sentimento esperado para cada Zona do Treinamento.

Mesociclos de Preparação:

- Preparatório - 2 semanas, momento de preparar o atleta para treinar em nível mais alto mais a frente;
- Base - 5 semanas, 80% da aptidão no dia da prova é conquistada no período de base;
- Build - 4 semanas, OutPut da prova! Momento de testar os números para a prova;
- Polimento - 2 semanas, acumular saúde e frescor, simular a pegada da prova e manter o corpo alerta.
