Plan Description
Are you a bikejorer who wants to improve their performance? Do you want to improve your ability to push yourself in races, maintain your power for longer and improve your sprint?
This is an intermediate bikejor training plan - a good amount of base fitness is required before starting. This plan will work on improving your VO2max, improve your production of energy while working anaerobically and to cope with waste products. The ultimate aim will be to reduce short term fatigue which will allow you to push to your limits on a bikejor course.
This 6 week plan is perfect for those who want to train 4 times a week and have a power-base set up. This workout is available to be uploaded to online training programmes such as Zwift, headunits/watches such as Garmin/Wahoo or other companion apps.
