Plan Description
Planificación de 10 semanas para el periodo específico de una prueba por etapas de 3 días, trabajo aeróbico, fuerza, ritmo, umbral, vo2max, cap. anaeróbica.
Planificación con trabajo complementario funcional con elemento como el fitball, trx,....
Estos plan de entrenamiento esta diseñado para una vuelta por etapas, para hacerte llegar los días de competición en tu pico de forma.
Esto es gracias a la calidad y especificidad de cada sesión de entrenamiento. Más no es mejor.
Una vez hechos los test de la primera semana podéis enviarme por email los datos de cada test y os enviaré personalizadas las zonas de entrenamiento, en función del ritmo, pulso y peso.
