Treino baseado em 5 Zonas de Frequência Cardíaca (Z1 50 a 72%, Z2 72 a 82%, Z3 82 a 87%, Z4 87 a 92%, Z5 92 a 100%) e com média de 60 minutos de treino por sessão (salvo pedalada do final de semana).
