Plan Description
You love MTB Trails and want to get fitter and stronger to enjoy yourself more. If this is you, this training plan is ideal.
The Training Plan is build around a 5-7 hour bike week (4 bike days) and with some quality strength sessions included, it will help you to get fit and strong so that you can enjoy the trails to the max.
The plan starts with a test and some easier aerobic intervals and ramps up to high power intervals towards the end to give you the kick to get up those hills and out of the corners faster.
You would need a "smart" indoor trainer and quality heart rate monitor.
