Plan Description
This plan is designed for the cyclist training to improve their FTP. The goal of this plan is to develop FTP that will accurately be your '1 hour power'. Face it, most mtb races turn into a solo TT after the chaotic start. Use your new found FTP to motor it home! Handle the start, the steep grinding hills, pace surges, the final push to the finish. FTP is one thing, but what you can do with that number is another. Fully develop your complete power arsenal with this plan.
This is a 4 week plan. Use this training plan to build FTP to a new personal best or reinforce your already strong FTP. Plan can be repeated 2 or 3 times to make it an 8 or 12 week plan focused on a rock solid FTP.
